My main goal this month is to not wait until next year to start working on my goals. After a few weeks of sickness, chaos, and overcoming a little bit of self-loathing, I decided to stop sabotaging myself and use my time more wisely. So far, these last 6 days have been the most productive ones I've had since the middle of September, and I'm here for it!
I'm being more strict with my schedule, and I can be since I make my own. I'm not allowing myself to spend countless hours scrolling Instagram or Facebook or (please don't hate me) rewatching The Office for the millionth time. Instead, I've blocked out certain times during the day for specific tasks and once I'm done with those I can spend the rest of the time being creative or getting a head start on the next.
So far, it's been really helpful to keep me from becoming overwhelmed and irritated with what needs to be done. I'm starting to sleep better, I'm getting in daily exercise, and I'm much happier to boot. December is starting to look like my favorite. And since it's a new month, here's a little peek at what is currently happening with me...
